What We Do
At Pivotal Creative, we offer end-to-end enquiry management and oversee the complete service process from start to finish. Our tailored customer service process and system ensures seamless communication, while our multi-carrier, multi-site cloud-based Logistics Management System (LMS) allows for monitoring and tracking of all deliveries. We regularly oversee and review carriers, manage services and costs, including invoice verification and DIFOT analysis, and provide full management and reporting of carrier performance. We support consolidation of consignments and purchase orders, and assist in the
selection and establishment of reliable carrier partnerships.
